Dry fish (or ‘karola’ in Sinhalese and ‘karavadu’ in Tamil) is quintessentially Sri Lankan and a lovely addition to a typical rice and curry meal. Salted and sun-dried, our product range include dried ‘kelawalla’ (Yellow fin tuna); ‘mora’ (shark); ‘thora’ (Seer fish) and ‘thalapath’ (Sail fish) as well as dried sprats and Maldive Fish Chips.
